Astragalus Flavescens Drug Compatibility Study

Purpose:According to treatment based on syndrome differentiation with TCM theories,the experiments are using of the advanced scientific instruments to study the compatibility of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait.fully by the modern technologies.Materials and Methods: To study preparation methods and compatibility proportion scientifically by various methods of chemical and pharmacodynamic;to screen the optimal extract process of the best compatibility proportion of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait.by orthogonal tests; to establish QS the extraction of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait by HPLC method.Results:1.According to the experimention, to design different proportions and decide preparation method and the optimal compatibility proportion of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait.which is extracted by alcohol together when the proportion is 1 to 2 of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait.2. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (in 2005 version) standard, to build the QS for the extraction of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait. (1 to 2) whose results obtained by TLC and HPLC are comformed to standard.Conclusions:To decide the best compatibility proportion and extraction process by the full norms research, establish QS, and perfect pharmacokinetic research in order to make the compatibility studies scientific and accurate.The paper proves compatibility of Radix Astragali and Sophora flavescens Ait.Reasonable on the treatment of viral myocarditis in the effectiveness of TCM.
