Tang Choleretic Treatment Of Gallstone Cholecystitis

This study was based on d traditional Chinese medical theory, to research the clinical efficacy on gallstones by lidantang oral treatment.We hope to find out the relationship between the lidantang and the traditional.Chinese medical syndrome. Application for a better means of TCM targeted to improve the symptoms of patients, and provide a theoretical basis to reduce complications through the study.Papers including literature review and clinical studies on the two parts.The review part includes the review of gallstones on modern medicine and TCM.The review on modern medicine includes the concept, the epidemiology, the etiology. While the second part on TCM includes the concept, the etiology, the pathogenesis, the different methods of treatment on TCM theory.In the clinical study part,66 cases of galls tones were divided into the treatment group and the control group,33 cases of the treatment group carried out conventional treatment(mainline the medication of Anti-inflammatory and relieving spasm) plus lidantang oral treatment, 33 cases of the control group carried out simple conventional treatment.Results1,In the treatment group 4 were cured (12.1%) 21 cases (63.6%) were significant,7 cases(21.2%)were effect ive, 1 cases(3%)were inval id, the total effective rate was 97%. In the control group,1 were cured(3%)14 cases(42.4%) were significant, llcases(33.3%) were effective,7 cases (21.2%) were invalid, the total effective rate was 78.7%. there was a statistical significance (P< 0.05) between two groups.2. the treatment significantly alleviated the major and the minor symptoms of gallstones. The similar analysis result was obtained between treatment group and control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion lidantang had exact effect to gallstones, can reduce the pain suffering of patients, and relieve the symptoms in the gallstones therapy.
