Beijing University Of Chinese Medicine East Hospital Income Distribution System Reform And Effect Studies

The reform of institutions'income distribution system, easily arousing widespread concern, is directly related to the vital interests of the workers and the effectiveness of the normal operation of public institutions. It has a significant social and political impact. The fourth reform of income distribution system on July 2006 is not just to adjust wages, improve treatment, but is a full, deep-level income distribution system. The reform is divided into four-steps, and the current public institutions across the country have basically completed the first step that the wage change sets on track.This paper relies on the project "Research on the outcome of East Hospital's reform of income distribution" of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM). Based on the literature review, it uses literature method and investigation method combined with the operation and implementation of the reform of income distribution system in Eastern Hospital of BUCM. It researches on the data of the wage changes of 762 and 201 East Hospital staff using descriptive statistics and empirical analysis, to summarize the changes in income distribution before and after the reform, discuss which planned targets has been achieved in the reform of the East Hospital, and find the related problems to be solved, in order to discover the problems which still exist to be solved in the reform of the institutions of the whole counties.Guided by the spirit of reform income distribution system document, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for improving the remaining issues of the current reform of income distribution system of public institutions. And it clears the points which need to focus on and think, and prospects the basic direction and mission in the next performance of wage system reform.
