Objective:To investigate the TCM naming and patterns of Children's Mycoplasmal Pneumonia. And study the recent advances on pattern differentiation and treatment. Analyze its etiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, mechanism, and clinical features to enhance our understanding of the disease, and provide evidence for clinical treatment.Method:Search for relative documents on web databases such as CNKI to collect associated information.Conclusion:Both TCM and western medicine have certain achievements in the treatment of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia. Further researches for its pathogenic mechanism are needed. Thorough recognitions are still to be acquired by TCM practitioners and standardization should be applied both on its pattern differentiation and treatment.
