The traditional Chinese medicine is a clinical practical studies, it cannot be separated from the Chinese medicine clinical principles. The Chinese medicine clinical thought is not only communicates the practice but also it is link to the theory, if does not have the correct methods of thinking, it would makes incorrect prescription.Therefore all prior dynasties physician form its clinical practice and the experience by brief and to the point description writing the medical notes, not can only understand the medicine through the medical notes near the card thought that but may also accumulate near the card experience.But the medical notes have been through repeatedly the millennium, involves the medicine and the school are numerous, in addition the mode of writing does not have the fixed pattern, but along with the age, the school, the writing style is different, causes the medical notes to present the scattering, disorderly, chaotic state repeated overlapping, is very difficult to have the unprecedented progress, therefore along with the technical unceasing development and the progress, the Chinese medicine in accordance to modernized, the internationalization demand has introduced the technical technology, carries on the collection reorganization application the theoretical knowledge and the medical notes, but the Chinese medicine education also naturally becomes one of technical utilization scopes, besides strengthens the student to study the interest, promotes the student clinical skill the utilization and the raise also gradually becomes nowadays the scientific research key point.The Chinese medicine diagnostics is relation clinical various science and technology can the important basis curriculum, is through four examines the collection condition material, carries on the discrimination, the synthesis method and the skill using the Chinese medicine theory and the thought to the condition material, its process is to the Chinese medicine theory, the knowledge and the skill concrete utilization, therefore to the clinical repeated training, studies to the student with grasps the Chinese medicine diagnostics the knowledge connotation to be very important.
