Design And Immplementation Of Post-medical Case Tracking And Sharing Platform

With the continuous development of Internet technology and the continuous integration of Internet technology and emerging technologies of big data and artificial intelligence with the medical industry,the new model of Internet+medical health has been innovated in practice.Through cloud health information platforms such as WeChat,it pushes point-to-point,accurate satisfaction survey and health education knowledge to patients,as well as the combination of health care and short video,so as to continuously expand its demand for medical and health care,serve patients,prevent diseases and get personalized treatment.This paper conducts post-medical case tracking through questionnaire survey,and shares medical cases through short videos of post-medical cases.The front-end system of questionnaire and short video of post-treatment case based on small program supports cross-platform operation,which can not only reduce the cost,but also guide the medical care and improve the post-treatment medical service.Based on the micro-service architecture,this paper adopts Spring Cloud and Spring Boot framework to implement a distributed post-medical case tracking and sharing system.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the basic process and method of software system development,the flow chart is used to describe the business process of the module,the use case model is used to analyze the system requirements,the system function modules are designed through the architecture diagram,and the system micro-services are divided into sub-services according to independent function modules.A distributed post medical case tracking and sharing platform based on micro-service architecture was designed and implemented,which divided the three core sub-services of short video service,questionnaire service and management service,as well as the short video sharing and questionnaire service system of post medical popular science for patients with file storage service,data retrieval service and authority service.(2)Design and implement the front-end system of questionnaire mobile terminal,short video mobile terminal and management terminal based on small program.Based on path access,different operation permissions of doctors and patients can be controlled.In the questionnaire system,the doctor side supports four questionnaire answer formats,and the questionnaire results can be statistically analyzed,while the patient side supports voting and questionnaire filling.Collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on user preference model and content search recommendation are applied for short videos of medical cases.(3)The back-end micro-service system and front-end system that realize the above-mentioned platform for short video tracking and sharing of post-medical cases.Functional tests are carried out on the selected micro service components as a whole,and the system business interface document tool is configured from the subsystem to support the dynamic generation of API interface documents and test cases are carried out on the system business functions.
