| Purpose:Observation of the use of acupuncture for treatment of insomnia in patients with type deficiency Heart of the clinical effect.Material and method:59 cases of insomnia patients will be treated in chronological order based on randomized controlled trial of acupuncture treatment group is divided into 31 cases,the control group(drug treatment group) 28 cases,Daily to the experimental group treated with acupuncture,the control group taking a day before going to bed alone zopiclone 7.5mg,4 weeks after treatment were observed before and after the PSQI scale,and efficacy of TCM Syndromes changes.Results:1.Treatment after the end of the test group the total effective rate was 90.32%, control group,the total effective rate was 67.86%difference between the two groups with statistical significance。2.Treatment after the end of the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and signs as well as the Athens insomnia scale scores varying degrees of improvement in the experimental group improved compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant。3.By the drug after one week follow-up evaluation,the experimental group on the Athens Insomnia Scale score improvement than the control group,the difference was statistically significant4.Adverse reactions in test group than the control group,the differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture in the treatment of the main treatment to enhance efficacy,reduce side effects and improve the prognosis,better than the control group. |
