| Objective①To summarize the healing solution of anal fistula in the ancient and modern books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), periodicals and magazines modernly.②To observe and appraise the clinical curative effect of treating anal fistula of surgery methods in the scheme.③To make the Chinese medicine healing solution of anal fistula(draft).Methods①Taking "anal fistula" as key word,retrieved and consulted the related literature,established the Word document and the SPSS data base to the methods of treatment material,carried on the statistics analysis.②The 200 cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into trials group and controlled group.The trials group received the draft surgery methods,the controlled received the present doctor practicing western medicine surgery methods.Observe the postoperative pain of last-time,the bleeding rate,the retention of urine,the edema of anal,the infection rate,the length of the healing time,the anal disfunction and the relapse rate in six months.The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS13.0 software. Statistical significance was accepted as the P value less than 0.05.③Make the healing solution of anal fistula(draft).Results①35 ancient books of TCM and 68 medicinal prescriptions were investigated totally,there were 19 external prescriptions and 49 oral prescriptions.The external prescriptions share 27 Chinese herbal medicines, external application mainly,amount to 17 types,accounts for 63.0%.The oral prescription use 93 Chinese herbal medicines,The smell frequently and function of the first 30 medicine in administration occupy commits to be:16 cold medicines(53.3%),9 warm medicines(30.0%),5 flat medicines (16.7%);18 bitter flavor medicines(60.0%),12 hard flavor medicines (40.0%),10 sweet flavor medicines(33.3%),2 light flavor medicines,salty and sour flavor all 1,fewer than 10.0%;10 antipyretic medicines(33.3%), 7 silt medicines(23.3%) of promoting blood circulation etc,5 qi-restoratives medicines(16.7%),3 diaphoretic medicines,2 favourable water ooze wet medicines,anthelmintic,purgatives medicine all 1,did not exceed 10%②There were 21 modern books of TCM in the investigation,they advocates treating anal fistula by taking surgery as the core.③131 pieces of literature periodicals were investigated totally.There were 104 anal fistula treating reports,take 79.4%.Among them,95 reports for surgery,takes 91.3%.The basic skills have cutting,excising, thread-drawing,sewing up,putting,expanding creating and drainage.④The postoperative pain of last-time and the bleeding rate were smaller in the trial group than the controlled group(P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect index such as the healing time,the trials group is superior to the controlled group significantly(P＜0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in the rate of relapse at six months follow up,the retention of urine,the edema of anal,the infection rate and the curative rate(P＞0.05).Conclusions①The ancient books of TCM advocated complex treatment in anal fistula,cutting,taking off,thread-drawing were common external solutions.External use prescription shares mostly external medicines.Oral prescription shares mostly hard and cold products,such as antipyretic,promoting blood circulation,qi-restoratives medicines.②The modern books of TCM advocated adopting the operation to radically treat anal fistula,need to cooperate with medicines to guard and treat.③Periodical literature consulted to search mainly adopt surgery to treat anal fistula,The basic skill types have skill of cutting,excise skill, thread-drawing skill,sew up skill,vast to put the skill,expand and achieve the skill.④The solutions in trials group is a reasonable way to treat anal fistula with quick healing.It could not only prevent the postoperative complications but also protect the anal function.⑤The Chinese medicine healing solution of anal fistula(draft) includes:Internal medicine department treatment,surgery healing solution,Curative effect appraisal plan,etc. |
