Clinical Studies Of The The Onyang Active Treatment Of Diabetic Foot (yang And Blocking Collaterals)

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of warming yang removing obstruction in channel treatment to diabetic foot (deficiency yang obstruction in channel type) by comparing with western medicine therapy.Methods: 200 in-patient according with conditions were divided into therapy group (100 patients) and compared group (100 patients). Therapy group was given warm- ing yang removing obstruction in channel treatment , and compare group was treated with western medicine. Compared the effect of two groups by observe the changes of temperature of feet skin,pain grades, claudication and ankle brachial index,et al. after 8 weeks(two therapy course).Results: After 8 weeks,the therapeutic effects in therapy group were better than that in compare group. (P<0.01 or P<0.05)The changes of temperature of feet skin, pain grades, claudication,andankle brachial index in therapy group were 60%,80%,75%,45%,6.4%, while in compare group were 20%,45%,45%,20%,1.0%.Conclusion: warming yang removing obstruction in channel treatment is positive to diabetic foot (deficiency yang obstruction in channel type), but without adverse react, which is worth to applying in clinic and conducting further.
