| Objective:To study the expression of co-stimulatory molecule B7-H3 and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in endometrial precancerous lesions and endometrial carcinoma,and to analyze its expression in endometrial carcinoma relevance as well as the relationship between clinicopathological features.Methods:B7-H3 and MMP-2 in 24 cases of normal proliferative phase endometrium,33 cases of endometrial precancerous lesions and 78 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues were detected by using PV-6000 two-step immunohistochemical methods.Results:B7-H3 in normal endometrial tissue,endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma rates were 37.5%,60.6%and 84.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),22 showed B7-H3 in normal endometrial tissue, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was increasing trend,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of B7-H3 a lower degree of pathological differentiation(P<0.05),the deepening of myometrial invasion(P<0.05) and the appearance of lymph node metastasis increased gradually(P<0.05).MMP-2 protein in normal endometrial tissue, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma rates were 25.0%,51.5% and 82.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),22 shows MMP-2 protein in normal endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissues no statistically significant difference in strength(P> 0.05),in endometrial carcinoma tissues than in normal strength endometrial tissue and endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissue strength,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).Rank correlation analysis showed that MMP-2 protein expression significantly reduced the degree of pathological differentiation(P<0.05),the deepening of myometrial invasion(P<0.05) and higher clinical stage and gradually increased the P<0.05).Normal endometrium,atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma B7-H3,MMP-2 protein expression was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:B7-H3,MMP-2 protein in endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma with high expression,the expression of the two with the pathology of the lower degree of differentiation and myometrial invasion increased gradually deepened,and The expression intensity of both positive correlation between the two organizations could be an early endometrial cancer and predicting the biological behavior of the important molecular markers. |
