The effective cancer identification and diagnosis have taken on a considerable importance in saving cancer patients'lives, especially in the early stage. Among the various diagnosis techniques have developed so far,few are effective to detect the cancer in the early stage. Domestic and overseas scholars have paid more and more attention to fluorescence spectroscopy for its advantages of real time detection, convenient, inexpensive, innocuity and so on. In this thesis, fluorescence spectroscopy is used to investigate the availability of cancer identification, we detected autofluorescence spectroscopy of cell and serum by precise spectrograph and have achieved good result.Hepatic carcinoma cell (SMMC-7721) and hepatic cell (HL-7702)were cultured in vitro and their autofluorescence was detected by fluorescent spectrograph. It presented that the spectrogram of the hepatic carcinoma cell was resemble as that of the hepatic cell at the range of wavelength from 550nm to 720nm characterized by two peaks at 602nm and 691nm. But From 721nm to 800nm, the spectra of carcinoma cell with a peak located at 734nm were found. For the hepatic cell the peak at 734nm was not observed. The experimentations of propagation of the both cells confirm ulteriorly that there is a significant difference between two cells'spectrum. To study the spectroscopy of serum, we collected 87 cancerous patients and 20 normal human's serum and detected their autofluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicated that two kinds of serum's spectroscopy have notable difference, the peak in the range of wavelength from 620nm to 630nm is the characteristic of cancerous serum's spectroscopy. In the course of research the spectroscopy of 11cancerous patients'serum who are under radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment, we found after treatment the intensity of characteristic peak is mire and more weak. The spectra of porphyrinâ…¨also been studied, the result indicate the characteristic spectrum of cancer root in sensitized fluorescence between the porphyrinâ…¨and albumin. To sum up, the unique peak of cancerous serum and the intensity ratio between 515nm and 624nm can be used to identify cancer as two of standards and be spectroscopy proof to study abnormal matter during the developing of cancer.
