After more than ten years of clinical application,clinical effects in patients with better,the subject of oral periodontal eliminate the efficacy and safety of in-depth, objective,scientific discussion,for the Chinese medicine treatment of periodontitis ideas to provide better treatment.Research Objects and MethodsResearch Objects:This study observed from July 2008 to December 2008, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guang'an Men stomatological hospital out-patient clinical diagnosis of mild to moderate chronic periodontitis, the TCM diagnosis of the symptom of flaring up of stomach fire,the initial 42 patients studied,excluding off patients,41 cases were collected.All subjects signed informed consent,voluntary participation in this study.Research method:A randomized,parallel-controlled project is adopted in this study.42 patients with "flaring up of stomach fire" periodontitis,were divided two groups:the test-one were given"Yazhouxiao liquid",while the control-one were given "Huanglian Shangqing pill".A week later,the difference of curative effects between these two groups were evaluated by investigating the Points of periodontitis and the symptoms of TCM.The difference of security between them was estimated through comparing blood,rutine,urine rutine,hePatic function,kidney function and ECG.Build a data base according to all CRF forms,use the SPSS11.5 software to carry out statistic analysis,all of statistic test are bilateral test,check the standard a = 0.05.
