In the eleven days,use air embolism method to make hares dead,cut knee joint bursa open.Use lml brine to lavage joint ant rum,collect the brine and put away under -70℃.Result:knee joints in model group are different from the Chinese Herbal Medicine group,especially IL-6 and ICAM-1 increase distinctly,which say that inflammation play important role.In the other side,it says that we use Chinese Herbal Medicine to cure the disease successfully,those difference in two groups have instinct meaning.Conclusion:①IL-6 and ICAM-1 are relate to the process of knee joint synovitis closely.②The Chinese Herbal Medicine used in the experiments canreduce the IL-6 and ICAM-1 in the knee joint synovia,inhibit the knee joint synovitis.
