Anti-inflammatory Effect And Mechanism Of The Fresh White Skin Extract On The Acute Inflammation Of The Animal To Explore

Objective: To research the mechanism of Cortex Dictamni on anti-inflammation. to provide experimental basis for its clinical application.Methods: Firstly, to research the Cortex Dictamni on the permeability of capillary on small rats. Secondly, to deteat the Cortex Dictamni on the swollen rat toes caused by egg white.At last, to study the prostaglandin E₂,histaminc and 5-HT in the swollen rat toes caused by egg white.Results: 1. Cortex Dictamni can down-regulate the increasing of permeability of capillary induced by acetum, and show a significant difference compared with controlled group (p>0.05). 2. Cortex Dictamni has effects to inhibit the inflammatory swell of feet of large rats induced by egg white. Cortex Dictamni had a marked suppressive on the mice's hind paw edma induced by egg. white. Cortex Dictamni could decrease the contents of prostaglandin E₂ in various of kinds of inflammation model..It also could inhibite histamine and 5-HT.Conclusion: we can conclude that Cortex Dictamni can inhibit the inflammatory reaction within different extents caused by different stimulants, and provide some excellent anti-inflammation effects.
