Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture On Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Of Low Grade Inflammation Type

ObjectiveTo observe clinical therapeutic effect and Inflammatory factor (C reactive protein) of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammation of low grade inflammation type. Many diseases have low-grade inflammation, such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome, obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome, and so on. The general performance of low-grade inflammation is chronic inflammation. In this study, a preliminary observation of the treatment mechanism of acupuncture on low-grade inflammation by chronic inflammation as the object of study. To lay the foundation for the further study of acupuncture therapy and advantages of low-grade inflammation more widelyin the treatment of disease mechanism of low-grade inflamma tion, and applied to clinical, guiding the clinical treatment of low-grade inflammation.MethodsSixty cases with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into a acupuncture group of 30 cases and a take gynecologic qianjin tablets group (control group) of 30 cases. These sixty cases from the clinic and ward of Department of acupuncture and moxibustion and the Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and they are in accordance with the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria. According to the design of treatment of the clinical experience of Professor of Department of acupuncture and moxibustion of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine a of Li Yuemei. To observe clinical therapeutic effect, C reactive protein (CRP) level before and after therapy, and the treatment method for safety during the whole experiment. ResultsIn the respect of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the acupuncture group and 63.33% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). The total score of TCM syndromes and signs before and after therapy with significantly decreased in the two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and with a significant difference between the two group after treatment (P<0.05). The clinical effect of acupuncture group is better than control group. In the respect of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the acupuncture group and 67.77% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). In the respect of local signs efficacy, the total effective rate was 80.00% in the acupuncture group and 50.00% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05).The CRP level before and after therapy with significantly decreased in the two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and with a significant difference between the two group after treatment (P<0.05). The clinical effect of acupuncture group is better than control group. In the aspect of safety treatment, acupuncture and Fukeqianjin tablets found no adverse events.Conelusionacupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation of low grade inflammation type and better improves CRP level of the patient. The effect of acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflamma tory disease is better than oral administration of Fukeqianjin tablets, and green health, overall conditioning, safe non-toxic side effects, is worthy of clinical popularization. To lay a foundation for the further study on the mechanism of molecular biology level, and provide ideas for the study of treatment of inflammatory diseases of the broader.
