The Efficacy Of D Slightly To Seoul With Ginkgo Biloba Extract Treatment Of Sudden Deafness

Objective:To observe the effect of buflomedil and ginaton on patients with the sudden deafness.Methods:60 patients with sudden deafness were divided into two groups:30 cases in the buflomedil group,and 30 cases in the ginaton group.The buflomedil group were treated with buflomedil 200mg intravenously,and the ginaton groups were treated with ginaton 70mg intravenously.Both groups were treated with common therapy of energy composition(adenosine triphosphate 100mg,coenzyme A 100U,citicoline 0.5g) intravenously.Time of therapy for both groups was 10 days.Results:The total effective rates for the the buflomedil group and the ginaton group were 93.3%and 83.3%.the curative effect of buflomedil to sudden deafness is better than the ginaton group.Conclusion:The curative effect of buflomedil to sudden deafness is better than the ginaton group.
