| ObjectiveTo study the relationship of accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis type, non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis type of metabolic syndrome patients and serum leptin,adiponectin level,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), insulin,thyroxine,uric acid,serum tipids,blood pressure,body mass index and other indicators,so as to research the correlation of two different types and various kinds of indexs during the development of metabolic syndrome, to find any objective basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of metabolic syndrome in TCM,so as to the better to guide clinical treatment.MethodsThe research were collected from 50 patients with metabolic syndrome. basis of the "TCM diagnostics," according to the clinical symptoms,tongue, Pulse Syndrome,divided to accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis type,nonaccumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis type.Measure the serum leptin, adiponectin level,tumor necrosis factor-alpha,insulin,thyroxine,uric acid, serum lipids,blood pressure,body mass index and other indicators.SPSS12.0 software was used for the above data,mormat distribution measurement data express in Mean±SD.indicated that differences between the groups using single-factor analysis of variance,to reveal the relationship between the type in differentiation of symptoms and related indicators.Meanwhile 20 cases healthy outpatient in hospital were selected as the control group,the measurement of serum leptin,adiponectin level,tumor necrosis factor-alpha, insulin,thyroxine,uric acid,body mass index,and the two groups were compared,analyze the correlation of the above indicators and the pathogenesis of obesity.ResultsSerum insulin,thyroid hormone,leptin,adiponectin level.Tumor necrosis factor-α,uric acid of metabolic syndrome patients has closely relation to the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome,insulin,thyroxine,leptin, Tumor necrosis factor-α,uric acid level was positively correlated with the disease,adiponectin levels were negatively correlated with the disease,leptin,insutin,uric acid levels in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group is higher than non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group,and has a stronger correlation in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group of metabolic syndrome patients.BMI,SBP were positively correlated with the accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group,the correlation of Two types in trigtyeeride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein has no significant difference. ConclusionThis study found that there is a high level of leptin,thyroid,insulin, tumor necrosis factor-α,uric acid.and a low level of high-density lipoprotein and adiponectin in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis. accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis plays an important role in TCM syndrome differentiation of accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis.Serum thyroid, insulin,and uric acid of accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis increased more markedly than non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis' s.the difference of the two groups' indicators hasa significant statistical significance,thus the Serum insulin,thyroxine and uric acid as an objective indicator has more clinical significance for the syndrome differentiation in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis type.The study also found that metabolic syndrome patients' SBP in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group was higher than in non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group' s,it suggested the accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis metabolic syndrome patients may more than non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis ones were susceptible to hypertension,there is no difference of lipid both in accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group and non- accumulation of phlegmatic hygrosis group,so,the role of serum lipids in TCM syndrome differentiation and typing of metabolic syndrome is uncertainty... |
