1.ObjectThe main purpose of this paper is to observe the influence of aerobic endurance swimming train with the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne jiont use on the movement ability and the cardium engergy metabolism of rats;discuss the function of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne during the progress,so that give some valuable suggestions for training.2.Method140 female Wister rats were randomly selected and divieded into 4 groups:A(the peachful control group),B(the peathful group to fill medicine group),C(movement training group),D(movement training plus medicine group).The A,C group drink water freely every day,while the B,D group drink the chinese medicine bavery institute water.And,the C,D group last 8 weeks swimming train with a load about 3%of their own body on the tile:at the first week, the training time is 30 minutes every day;the second week,is 40 minutes...;like this the training time is 10 minutes more than the before week.So the training time is 100 minutes at the 8th week every day.After 8 weeks,divid each group into 5 subnits stochastically:the peachful group,the quota load 1 hour group,the strength using up group,the 12 hour recovery group after strength using up,the 24 hour recovery group after strength using up.The activity of SDH,MDH,CK,ATPase from cardiac muscle and the content of glycogen from cardium were measured.All data count uses the software with SPSS10.0 to carry on the T-test,and the obviouse standard is P<0.05.3.Results3.1 Compaire the exhaustive swimming time with group A,the other three groups are very obviously longer,P<0.01.3.2 In quite state,the content of glycogen of carium,the other three grous are obviously higher than group A;D is very obviously higher than group A,P<0.01;At the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise,group D is very obviously lower than the other three groups,P<0.01;group, B is bviously lower than both A and C P<0.05;In the condition of 12 hour recovery after strength using up,group A is very obviously lower than both Cand D,P<0.01;In the condition of 24 hour recovery after strength using up,D is very obviously higher than A,P<0.01;D also obviously higher than both B and C P<0.05;B and C are both higher than A,P<0.05.3.3 About the activity of SDH in cardium,in the quota load 1 hour conditon,group A is obviously higher than the other three groups,and group D is lowest,P<0.01;At the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise,group A is very obviously higher than the other three groups, P<0.01;in the condition of 24 hour recovery after strength using up,all of B,C,D groups are lower than A,C and D are both obviously lower than A,P<0.05.3.4 About the activity of MDH in cardium,in quite state,group D is very obviously higher than both A and C,P<0.01;and obviously higher than B,P<0.05;in the quota load 1 hour conditon, group D is obviously higher than both A and C,P<0.05;At the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise,group D is very obviously higher than A,P<0.01;also obviously higher than both B and C,P<0.05;B and C are both higher than A obviously,P<0.01;in the condition of 24 hour recovery after strength using up,group A is obviously lower than both B and C,P<0.05,also very obviously lower than D,P<0.01;in the condition of 24 hour recovery after strength using up,A and C are both very obviusly lower than B and D,P<0.01;and D is obviously higher than B,P<0.05.3.5 About the activity of CK in cardium,in quite state,group D is slightly higher than both A and B;in the quota load 1 hour conditon,group D is obviously higher than C,P<0.05;and very obviously higher than both A and B,P<0.01;At the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise,group A is very obviously lower than the other three groups,P<0.01;in the condition of 12 hour recovery after strength using up,group D is very obviously higher than both A and C,P<0.01;B and C are both obviously higher than A,P<0.05);in the condition of 24 hour recovery after strength using up,group A is very obviously lower than the other three groups,P<0.01).3.6 About the activity of Na~+-K~+-ATPase in cardium,only during the recovery state group D is obviously higher than bothe A and C,P<0.05;also very obviously higher than groupB,P<0.01.4.conclusion4.1 Both the aerobic endurance swimming train and the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can promote the glycogen content in rats cardium,also make the exhausting time prolong;however,the jiont use of them would make more effective.4.2 In quite state,both the aerobic endurance swimming train and the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can not influnce the activity of SDH in rats cardium;however they can highten the activity of MDH,in quite state;also they can highten the activity both of SDH and MDH,in the recovery state;it suggests that the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can highten the antioxidant capability of rats.4.3 In quite state,both the aerobic endurance swimming train and the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can highten the activity of CK in rats cardium;it suggests that both of them can add the energy store,and protect the cardium from injuring;ofcourse the jiont use is more effective than simply a method.4.4 In quite state,both the aerobic endurance swimming train and the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can lower the activity of Na~+-K~+-ATPase in rats cardium; the jiont use is more effective than simply a method.4.5 Both the aerobic endurance swimming train and the compound prescription of Chinese traditional antioxidial medicne can prolong the rats exhaust time during the swimming;among the three plan,the jiont use is the most effective than the other two methods. |
