ObjectiveBy investigating the influence of Compound of Chinese medicine preparation and exercises on the glycogen metabolism of quadriceps femoris and movement ability to discuss the effect that chinese medicine enhance glycogen metabolism and movement ability of the body.It can provide some scientice theory basis on movement training and enhanceing movement ability,it also can provide some scientice theory basis on using the chinese medicine about glycogen metabolism.Method140 female wister big rats were randomly selected and divided into group A (peaceful group),group B(movement group),group C(peacefully fortifies yang group) and group D(movement fortifies yang group).After B and D group were trained for 8 weeks,Group C and D were filled with the compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions every day.Eight weeks later,each group was randomly divided into 4 subunits,namely:The peaceful group,the quota load group,the instantly exhausting group and the renewing group.Exhausting time was recorded.The glycogen content,HK activity,SDH activity,LDH activity MDH activity,of the quadriceps femoris organisms from bodies executed at the corresponding.The time were all determined.All data was handled with T examination by SPSS10.0 software.The significance reached is P<0.05.Result3.1 Effect of Chinese medicine preparation on Exhaust Time of Rat,group D is obviously longer than group A,B and C(P<0.01),group B and C is obviously longer than group A(P<0.05),group B is obviously longer than group C(P<0.01).3.2 The peaceful condition,the glycogen content,group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group C is obviously higher than group A,B is obviously higher than group A;HK activity,group D is obviously higher than group A and B,group C is obviously higher than group B and A,LDH activity,group D higher than group A,B,group C is obviously higher than group A,groupB litter higher than A;SDH activity,group B,C and D higher than group A,group D is obviously higher than group B,group B is obviously higher than group;MDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group B is obviously higher than group A.3.3 The quota load condition,the glycogen content,group D is obviously higher than group A and B,B is obviously higher than group A;HK activity,group D and C are obviously higher than group A;LDH activity,group D higher than group A, B and C;SDH activity,group D and B are obviously higher than group A,group A is obviously higher than group C,group D is obviously higher than group B;MDH activity,group D higher than group A,C;3.4 After exhausting instantly,the glycogen content,group D is obviously higher than group A,B,group B and C is obviously higher than group A;HK activity, group C is obviously higher than group,group B and C is obviously higher than group A;LDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A;SDH activity, group D is obviously higher than group A,B,group C and D is obviously higher than group A;MDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group B is obviously higher than group A.3.5 The renewing group after restoring for 12 hours,the glycogen content, group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group B and C is obviously higher than group A;HK activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B,group C is obviously higher than group A,B;LDH activity is slmiler to the HK activity; SDH activity,group A lower than group B,C and D,group B lower than group D;MDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,C,group B is obviously higher than group A.3.6 The renewing group after restoring for 24 hours,the glycogen content, group A lower than group B,C and D;HK activity is slmiler to the renewing group after restoring for 12 hours;LDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group C is obviously higher than group A,B;SDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B,group C is obviously higher than group A,group B is obviously higher than group C;MDH activity,group D is obviously higher than group A,B and C,group B is obviously higher than group A.Conclusion4.1 Training can promote the the glycogen content,lower its exhausting time, can promote the activity of the SDH and MDH in the peaceful condition and lower its decline in the movement,enhance movement ability.4.2 Chinese medicine preparation can promote the the glycogen content,can promote the activity of the LDH,HK and SDH in the peaceful condition and lower its decline in the movement,that prove the Chinese medicine preparation can promote the anaerobic metabolism ability of the body,the better enhance movement ability.4.3 Both compound of Chinese medicine preparation and training combined can affect the activity of the glycogen metabolism enzymes in the peaceful condition, the increasing of the glycogen metabolism enzymes activity in the movement,can promote the the glycogen content,lower its exhausting time,the best enhance movement ability. |
