Cough Variant Asthma Tcm Syndrome Characteristics Of Study

Objective:In this study,through literature review of research,access to elements and syndromes of the relationship between symptoms,to be worked out with cough variant asthma(CVA) of the defining elements of TCM Syndrome standards,further analysis of 69 cases of clinical investigation of cases of CVA in order to explore the disease characteristics,and four from the Chinese medicine clinic in terms of combined participation of the clinical symptoms of the disease syndrome classification,in order to provide a basis for syndrome differentiation for providing guidance based on syndrome differentiation.content and Methods:Two summary of papers,including,literature review and clinical research studies in three parts.Summary of some of modern medicine for cough variant asthma research,as well as ownership of traditional Chinese medicine in disease,pathogenesis,treatment, awareness and so on.SAS 6.12 application package,on the literature and clinical data of symptoms,the tongue vein,card type,and other syndromes,respectively,elements of statistical description,as well as clinical data on the general situation in the use of non-parameter rank sum test,t-test,chi - square test and other statistical methods.Results and conclusion:The incidence of the disease in terms of gender is not statistically significant, and the incidence of all ages in the non-discrimination between male and female. Syndromes through analysis,the study found that cough variant asthma as the main clinical manifestations:cough,night-time attack-oriented,non-sputum smear or less,or cough of white sputum,viscous quality,easy pyronaridine,pharynx itch,throat, chest tightness,shortness of breath / remember / worry about,the evil wind / cold,poor sleep,mamillata or light red tongue.The pulse string,a small slip.Disease in the lung, and liver,spleen,kidney-related,it is mainly a disease of the wind in the occurrence of the disease in the development of its key role.
