High-risk Breast Cancer Mastectomy Recurrence Cox Regression Analysis

Objectives:Studying and researching the effectiveness of herbal medicine on the recurrence factors of high-risk breast cancer after adenomammectomy.Methods:40 clinical and pathological data of post-adenomammectomy axillary lymph node(+)≥4 cases are collected.The influencing factors of recurrence are analysised by both Log rank analysis and Cox propotion risk mode. Results:Single-factor analysis shows independent influencing factors of high-risk breast cancer post-operation recurrence include age,amount of positive axillary lymph nodes,periods of chemotherapy,radiotherapy,endocrine therapy,herbal therapy,Comprehensive treatment(P＜0.05).ER,PR and HER-2 are irrelevant to prognosis.Muti-factor Cox regression curve analysis shows the independent influencing factors include age,amount of positive axillary lymph nodes, periods of chemotherapy,radiotherapy and herbal therapy.Conclusion:Herbal therapy is an independent influencing factors of high-risk breast cancer post-operation recrudesce.It has the same effectiveness as western auxiliary therapy and could effectively prolong the naosis life span of the sufferer.
