Objective:alcoholic liver disease(ALD) is a commonly enco.untered disease,so the number of Alcoholic Liver Fibrosis(ALF) and alcoholic cirrhosis(AC)deaths is increased.So it darws worldhealthorganization' s great attention.ALF is the most phase on the way transforming from alcoholic fatty,alcoholic hepatitis to alcoholic cirrhosis.As its reversibility,it is key to prevent ALD further development.The advantage and characteristics of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) play an important role in Control ALD.This research subject is aimed at by means of the methods and doctrines of Clinical Epidemiological Research,we aim at to probe the TCM syndromes of distributing principle of patients with ALF,Syndrome Elements of Disease Location in ALF,and relations between biochemical examination results and the TCM syndromes of distributing principle of ALF patients.In order to provide evidence and reference for the objective and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:The composition of this research topic is theoretical research on ALF and the clinical study.In the part of theory study mainly includes four aspects.The first,Summarized recently TCM syndromes of distributing principle of ALF.Second,Induction and Summarization Chinese medicine syndrome characteristics of ALF based the methods of documentary review.The third,Described the review of Mentor Xia Ding's academic thought on syndrome factors in ALF.The fourth aspects is summarized new progress of Diagnostic in ALF.In the clinical investigation,our group studied clinical cases in multi-center prospective method.In virtue of Factor Analysis and Logistic Regression Analysis,we explored the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis,and the forming characteristics of alcoholic liver fibrosis in inland.Result:The mainly Risk Factor with ALF is heavy alcohol consumption and Alcohol dependence.Adopting scientific and objective reveal its the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis.It conclusion that Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency syndrome＞Retention of Damp-Heat syndrome＞Obstruction of Collaterals by blood stasis syndrome＞Qi Deficiency and blood stasis syndrome＞Yang eficiency and blood stasis syndrome＞Deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin.The mainly elements of syndrome is damp-heat,blood stasis, Qi stagnation,alcohol virus,liver depression,spleen deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency.The symptom factor of disease location is liver,gall baladder,stomach,related to spleen and kidney. Among the subjects,the characteristics of TeN syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis mainly manifested excess syndrome with the common manifestations of deficiency and excess.In laboratory examination aspects,Modeling by stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that GGT,AST/ALT and A/G were associated with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis.And Introduced biochemical examination into TOM Syndrome Differentiation field.Conclusion:The heavy alcohol consumption and Alcohol dependence was one of the important factors which effected on the distribution of the characteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis,so it is important to temperance and antialcoholism in ALF.And paly important roles in Standardization of Syndrome Differentiation.GGT,AST/ALT and A/G had mostly striking effect on the distribution of the characteristics of TCM syndrome.
