Objective:Clinical observation of the subject using the methods of traditional Chinese medicine the etiology of chronic cholecystitis,the incidence and characteristics of evidence-based analysis to explore the different factors and pathogenicity of the relationship between chronic cholecystitis,chronic cholecystitis revealed the TCM syndrome distribution and characteristics,to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods:After the selection of out-patient treatment of abdominal B-ultrasound or CT confirmed 100 cases of patients with chronic cholecystitis,the use of epidemiological methods of investigation,in strict accordance with the "new Chinese medicine as the guiding principles of clinical research(2002)," "Chinese medicine treatment of chronic biliary tract infection,gallstone disease the guiding principles of clinical research,"the diagnostic criteria and case selection exclusion criteria,objective carefully fill in the form of clinical observation, observation of their age,incentives,restaurants partial Anopheles incidence season,whether or not associated with gallstones,and the application of observation data set up the database,using Analysis of statistical methods in patients with chronic cholecystitis gender,age, occupation,level of education,incentives,such as distribution of symptoms,and the TCM syndrome distribution laws and different factors and the relationship between the distribution of evidence-based.Results:1.Patient's age,sex on the incidence of chronic cholecystitis was no significant(P>0.05);2.The incidence of chronic cholecystitis emotional incentive to fail and the most common diet;3.chronic cholecystitis TCM Distribution for Yu hepatogastric hot card type 33%, hepatogastric gas 26%of stagnation,liver and gallbladder damp-heat in 19%;4.0f different gender,age,occupation,educational level,whether or not associated with gallstones in patients with chronic cholecystitis Syndromes no difference in distribution(P>0.05);5.through 100 cases of chronic cholecystitis in patients with symptoms of frequency analysis of the table,select the highest frequency of occurrence of 20 symptoms of cluster analysis,and frequency analysis in patients with TCM Syndrome broadly consistent with the distribution of results.Conclusion:1.Age,sex and unrelated to the incidence of chronic cholecystitis.2.TCM chronic cholecystitis and gender distribution,age, occupation,educational level and whether or not has nothing to do with gallstones.3.Chronic cholecystitis distribution of the TCM in order to permit hot hepatogastric Yu and Qi stagnation hepatogastric found evidence for.
