Object:Observation of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia effect.Method:Observation of 60 patients before and after treatment swallowing ability to change for statistical analysis .The acupuncture occasion,age,frequency of incidence was also studied.Result:The result showed that the total effective rate was 93.33 percent.Before and after the treatment the swallowing ability elevated over 3 degrees showed a significant difference.The shorter course was,the higher efficacy was.So the younger age and the fewer freuency of incidence were.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke is effective .The mechanism is that acupuncture can improve cerebral microcirculation and Increase the volume of brain tissue perfusion and promote the recovery of neurological function and so on.
