Objective:Compare and analyze the amino acids and polypeptides of Aconitum L.Chinese medicine in common use.Through differently proportions and environments,Researching the content variety of total alkaloids of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata compaty the valid part of Rheum palmatum(total anthraquinones,combine the anthraquinones,tannins,polysaccharides),ascertaining the variety regular pattern of valid materials,clarifieding the sciencity and rationality of compatibility disciplines between Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata from basis materials.Methods:Through amino acid analysis equipment and TLC,HPCE compare and analyze the amino acids and polypeptides of Aconitum L.Chinese medicine.Take livinging to Crude Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata,withdrawing, separating and purefieding its total alkaloids.Respectively in common environment(water),artificial stomach liquid,the artificial bowels liquid,compatieding the pure total alkaloids with the valid materials of Rheum palmatum(total anthraquinones,combine the anthraquinones, tannins,polysaccharides) in different comparison.Applying acid dye colorimetry and hydroxamic acid iron spectrophotometry to determine total alkaloids and find out the variety regulation.Results:In common environment,artificial stomach liquid and the artificial bowels liquid environment,the increment dosage of total anthraquinones,combine the anthraquinones,tannins,polysaccharides of Rheum palmatum,the total alkaloids of Crude Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata presents the up-trend;But in the artificial stomach liquid,in the artificial bowels liquid,its up-trend is lower in common environment.Conclusion:Crude Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata compaty with Rheum palmatum can strengthen the Crude Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata's curative effect;the body outside research make clear that the artificial stomach liquid and the artificial bowel liquid have dissolvements and repressments to the total alkaloid.
