| Objective:To observe the effect of 'Yifujuanbi' grana on membrana synovialis microstructure,T cell subset in the AA rats,to explore mechanism of the 'Yifujuanbi' grana in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Method:The experiment with SD rats included two steps.Experiment 1:60 SD rats were divided into 6 groups,including the blank group,the model group,Glucosida Tripterygii group,treated group with low dosage 'Yifushubi' grana,treated group with middle dosage 'Yifujuanbi' grana,treated group with high dosage'Yifujuanbi' grana. Experiment 2:40 SD rats were divided into 5 groups,including the blank group,the model group,Glucosida Tripterygii group,treated group with low dosage 'Yifujuanbi' grana,treated group with middle dosage 'Yifujuanbi' grana.Except the blank group,all the rats were dealed with the Complete Freund's adjuvant to make arthrophlogosis model,All the drug was irrigated into stomach of the rats,but the rats of the blank group and the model group were gived the same volume of Sodium Chloride.In Experiment 1,the Membrana synovialis microstructure was observed;in Experiment 2,the CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD8~+ T cell in peripheral blood of adjuvant arthritis rat were detected by flow cytometer.Result:'Yifujuanbi' grana could ease membrana synovialis inflammation reaction: inflammatory cell and synovial cell decreased,membrana synovialis fibroplasia lessened,Comparing with the Glucosida Tripterygii group,there was no remarkable difference(P＞0.05),Comparing with the model group,the difference was remarkable (P＜0.05);'Yifujuanbi'grana could regulate peripheral abnormal T cell subset,the content of CD8~+ T cell increased remarkably,CD4~+/CD8~+ decreased remarkably,Comparing with the Glucosida Tripterygii group,there was no remarkable difference(P＞0.05), Comparing with the model group,the difference was remarkable(P＜0.05).Conclusion:'Yifujuanbi'grana can ease membrana synovialis microstructure and it may treat rheumatoid arthritis by regulating indiscriminate T cell subset. |
