The Clinical Observation Of Yishenchubi Decoction For The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy and efficacy of yishen tongbi decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: this study used randomized controlled method,will conform to the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine and dampness bizu syndrome diagnostic criteria of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(ra),were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of control group.The treatment group was treated with yishenbi decoction 200 ml,2 times/day,orally;10 mg/ d,2 times/day,orally;Celecoxib capsules 200mg/ d,1 times/day,orally,1 time per day;The control group was given 10 mg/ d,2 times/day,orally;Celecoxib capsules200mg/ d,1 times per day,orally,1 times per day.The observation period is 4 weeks.Results: 1.Both groups can effectively relieve RA patients with joint pain,swelling,and can shorten the time of morning stiffness,lower TCM symptom score,VAS score,DAS28,after statistics processing,two groups have significant differences before and after the treatment(P < 0.05),the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms in patients with degree is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);2.Both groups could significantly lower the laboratory index(ESR and CRP),and there was significant difference(P < 0.05)compared with the treatment before treatment,and the reduction degree of treatment group was better than that of the group(P < 0.05).3,during the observation period of follow-up,in patients with the control group only 2 patients at the beginning of the medication,symptoms of nausea,but mild in tolerance range,not special treatment,the symptoms subside on their own;4.The recurrence rate of patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in March,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: kidney Juan bi soup has obvious anti-inflammation and analgesic effect,can effectively relieve RA patients' clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,reduce gastrointestinal symptoms,and the recurrence rate is low,level is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice.
