Injection Of Tongmai Powder For Injection Treatment Of Angina Pectoris (blood Stasis) Phase ¢ó Clinical Study

Objective To investigate the clinical effect,security of Tongmai injection on angina of coronary heaat disease of blood stagnadion syndrome,and explore its mechanism.Methods 144 cases of angina of coronary heart disease with blood stagnation syndrome were observd and randomly and averagely devided into treatment group and control group.Treament group were treated with Tongmai injection,while control group were treated with Dengzhanhua injection.The period of treatment was 14 days.The correlative eximations were taken before and after the treatment.Result Effection of treatment group was 18.8%while the control group was 16.7%.There was no significant difference.The total effective rate of treatment group was 51.0%while the control group was 45.8%.There was significant diference between the two groups The symptoms and signs,compared to these before treatment of the two groups both got better obviously.No obvious side effect was found.Conclusion Tongmai injiection has obvious effect on angina of coronary heart disease of blood stagnation syndrome.Keywords Tongmai injection Angina Cornary heart disease Blood stagnation.
