The Impact Of The Pill On Padam Rat Testicular 3¦Â-hsd Activity Expression

Objective:Early experiments that Jinkui Shenqi Pill which is the dose of high and middle group compared with PADAM rat model group showded the serum T levels were significantly increased(P＜0.01,P＜0.05) and every Jinkui Shenqi Pill group compared with the model group showed that in the testis STAR protein that mRNA expressed significantly increased(P＜0.01).The study is to discover part of the mechanism of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on PADAM rats by researching the effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on the 3β-HSD,the key enzyme in the pathway of testosterone synthesis,in the testicular tissue.Method:40 SD rats,15-month-old,were randomly divided into four groups:model group,low dose Jinkui Shenqi Pill,middle and high dose treatment groups,each group have 10 rats.The rats all were given intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(20mg/kg.d^-1) for 5 days, resulting PADAM model,the Low,middle and high dose groups were gavaged by Jinkui Shenqi Pill suspension,the model group gavage by distilled water, without exception continuous 28 days.the rats were sacrificed at the end of 24 hours after medicine,then measuring testicular tissue activity of 3β-HSD expression.Result:Jinkui Shenqi Pill that low,middle and high dose groups were compared with the model group,all can significantly enhance the 3β-HSD expression(P＜0.01).The high dose group and low dose group,both can enhance the enzyme activity(P＜0.01),and there was no significance beteen the middle dose and high dose group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Jinkui Shenqi Pill can increase testosterone synthesis key enzyme by the pathway 3β-HSD expression to enhance the activity of the synthetic testosterone,so as to achieve the purpose of treating PADAM.
