ObjectiveTo study the relatitionship between the pathogenesis of chloasma and the consistition of endowment.MethodsFirstly make the investigation lists about the 200 patient with chloasma,the to study the constitution of endowment,according to the transcribed standard based on the classification measure designed by Wangqi,which is more authoritative in nation.ResultWe draw the conclusion as follow:the relatitionship between the chloasma and the constitution of endowment,the constitution of femininity,the constitution of the adolescent age,the constitution of between adolescent age and middle-aged,the constitution of rash and so on.We can classify the consti-tution of the Chloasma into seven kinds:the constitution of common,the con stitution of asthenia of yin,the constitution of asthenia of yang,the constitu-tion of phlegmatic hygrosis,the constitution of asthenia of qi,the constituti-onconstitution of caloric,the constitution of caloric,the constitution of blood stasis(transcribing based on the classification measure designed by Wang qi Though researching the data in the lists,I find the constitution of common make a remarkable effect on the pathogeny of chloasma,the constitution of as-themia of yin next.Form the aspect of age,the rate of the chloasma in thea adolescent aged is highter,as so as between the adolescent and middle-aged,to some extent,it reflects the relatitionship between the age and the pathogen y of chloasma,In additith though researching the relatitionship between the character and constitution,We find the rash person has a high rate of the pat- hogeny of chloasma.ConclusionWe will discuss and creat newing thinkings by using the constitution of TC-M in the cause and pathogenesis of chloasma.
