Small The Kanamaru Treatment Phlegm Stasis Type Of Chronic Prostatitis Clinical Study

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaojinwan on NIH-CPSI,Q_max,TNF-αin prostatic fluid of Chronic prostatitis with Phlegm,Dampness and Blockage of Blood stasis.Methods:With randomized,antithetical clinical trial,76cases were divided into two groups randomly:The treated group had 38 cases treated with Xiaojinwan,The control group had 38 cases treated with placebo,After 30 days,NIH-CPSI,Q_max,the content of TNF-αin prostatic fluid were detected.Results:After 30 days,the NIH-CPSI,Q_max,the content of TNF-αin prostatic fluid of the treated group were all improved notablely,but above-mentioned index of the control group did not improved notablely.There was notablel difference between this two group(P＜0.05).Conclutions:The effect of Xiaojinwan in treating Chronic prostatitis with Phlegm,Dampness and Blockage of Blood stasis was notable,Xiaojinwan was an effective drug treating this kind of prostatitis.
