Adenomyosis In Western Progress

The main symptoms of adenomyosis(AD) are aggravated sexual secondary dysmenorrhea,increased amount of menses,infertility,and enlarged uterine.AD has serious impact on women's physical and mental health.Because of complex etiology,it's pathogenesis of the exact mechanism is still not very clear.So adenomyosis over the years has been a hot topic on clinical and basic researching.This thesis is a comprehensive summary of AD,through access to a dozen years study on combination treatment of Chinese and western medicine,in further to provide more systematic information for the treatment of adenomyosis. The progress of pathogenic factors and diagnostics is introduced in the Western medicine part.While in TCM part focuses on the therapeutic development of AD.Finally,accompanied by a clinical observation on 20 cases of PuQiao Xiao Lei Wan for the treatment of AD.Based on the data of this clinical observation,The total notable effective rate of dysmenorrhea is 65%,and the total effective rate is 80%.Menstrual blood volume decreased obviously(P＜0.05).PuQiao Xiao Lei Wan is a effective medicine to treat AD.It need to be studied deep.
