Infantile frequency of urination is a kind of case which characterizes frequency,urgency, and quantity of urinate.It is relevant to many diseases in clinic,mainly concerning urinary tract infection(UTI) and nervous urinary frenquency.UTI is a common paediatric illness.It occupies 8.5%in urinary tract disease according to a national research in 1982,and 12.5%in children urinary disease according to a statistic on children urinary sifting-out check-up across 21 provinces and their cities in the nation.Whether adults or children,female's UTI incidence of disease is higher than male's in general.However,in newborn or nursling's nonage,male's is higher than female's.We find that the incidence of disease of infantile UTI tends to be increasing year after year.This task looks back differentiation of symptoms and signs,and cure and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,and adopts plus-minus eight-component powder of strengthening body resistance to 30 infantile patients who suffer from frequency of urination(moist heat bladders) and conducts clinic observation.The method is to divide 60 infantile patients who suffer from frequency of urination(moist heat bladders) into two groups---a treatment group(30 cases) and a comparison(30case),make comparison group adopt plus-minus eight-component powder of strengthening body resistance(self-defined), and compare the results of these two groups after 5-10 days clinic observation.The results illustrate 25 cases complete cure,2 cases excellence,1 case availability,2 cases invalidation, and total effective rate 93.33%.Comparing with the comparison group,it is of significant difference after statistics process(p＜0.05).It is testified as an available prescription for infantile frequency of urination,worthy to be generalized.
