Cutting Treatment Method Treatment Of Migraine Clinical Studies

Hemicrania is a pulsation headache attacked over and over again,and it also is common illness and frequently occurring illness.The patients will lose working capacity when hemicrania attacks,which causes serious economic losses.Meanwhile,it is hard to control the hemicrania by western medicine,and it is easy to relapse.It is considered that hemicrania is belonging to "headache" category by traditional Chinese medical science.Therapy methods of motherland medicine have irreplaceable superiorities.Traditional external therapy(subcutaneous tissue resection therapy) has peculiar curative effect.This research is clinical experimental study on cure hemicrania with subcutaneous tissue resection therapy.Through clinical observation on 60 patients of hemicrania,this is to evaluate objectively on clinical curative effect and safety of cure hemicrania with subcutaneous tissue resection therapy.Those 60 outpatients and inpatients of hemicrania of this clinical experiment are divided into two groups randomly,treatment group and comparison group.There are 30 patients in treatment group,adopting subcutaneous tissue resection therapy;and other 30 patients in comparison group,curing with Sibelium.To observe the variation of symptom of traditional Chinese medical science and physical sign,and to observe attack time,frequency,extent, duration,adjoint symptom and minor symptom situation of major symptom of hemicrania,then comparing with syndrome integral quantity.Through clinical observation and statistical analysis on curative effect,safety and bad reactions,the result shows that total effective percentage of cure hemicrania with subcutaneous tissue resection therapy is 93%.It is superior to comparison group in aspect of improving major symptom such as attack time,frequency,extent,duration,adjoint symptom and relapse of hemicrania.Subcutaneous tissue resection therapy is effective method to cure hemicrania and has good safety and economic applicability.
