Pathogenesis Of Renal Network Zhengjia Discussed

To improve the theory of kidney-collateral abdominal mass,the pathogenesis of kidney-collateral ju san xiao zhang has been introduced.First part of this dissertation is the introduction of the development of the kidney-collateral abdominal mass-theory,related clinical and experimental study.Secondly,this dissertation discussed the pathogenic characteristics of kidney-collateral abdominal mass from three perspectives which are disease location,etiology and pathogenesis;clarified the definition of kidney-collateral,to deepen its connotation,described the kidney-collateral from two aspects:construction vector and information vector;presented the main mechanism of kidney-collateral abdominal mass is ju san xiao zhang;elaborated the understanding of ju and san in the traditional chinese medicine theory and the ju san xiao zhang's changing functional activities of qi,and the formation of kidney-collateral abdominal mass. For connecting the theory with clinic,proposed the tristate theory.In the third part, it discussed the renal fibrosis and its forming mechanism,introduced the research advances of renal fibrosis' mechanism in three parts:cytokines,cell transdifferentiation,ECM's degrading enzyme system and intracellular signal transduction,focusing on the role of Smad signal transduction pathway inside cells play in the development of renal fibrosis.Smad2/3 and Smad7 is a pair of adjusting factors that have positive and negative regulation effect to renal fibrosis. Finally,analyzing the molecular pathogenesis of kidney-collateral abdominal mass,giving the conclusion to the relation between kidney-collateral abdominal mass and renal fibrosis:ju san xiao zhang is the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis in the traditional chinese medicine theory,discussed the correlation between western and Chinese medicine's pathogenesis,and guide the significance of research development in the future.
