Reflux Esophagitis Syndrome

This thesis contains literature and clinical study.The literature review has two pieces.The first one is named the Modern Study of RE.It includes the current mechanism,the pathogenesis of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer(PLGC) in the genetic level and the treatment of RE.The second one is named the Chinese Medicine Study of RE.It discusses the naming,the happen and developing process of RE through its cause of disease and the pathogenesis.It discusses the clinical therapy method through pattern identification and treatment,specialized prescription for special type,the treatment by both of TCM and the western medicine,it also discusses the curative effect through the animal experimental study.We revealed the present situation and weakness of the research on REIn the part of the clinical observation.First,we made the list according to the standard of diagnosis and the clinical experience of my teacher.Secend,we collected the symptoms of RE Such as diet habit,inducing factor.Third,we used entropy partition method(EPM) to study the TCM syndromes of RE.At the last,Seven syndrome results answered to TCM syndrome appears.We should do clinical treatment according to the results.This experiment offers a good support to diagnose and cure RE.
