| To study the functional mechanism of Saposhnikovia divaricata to treat UC,we have UC and Saposhnikovia divaricata studied in theory,clinical and experiment in the following three parts.Theory and clinical partsFirst,it is rounded up thoroughly about the knowledge of name of UC,cause of disease and pathogenesis,the status of treatment and experimental research in Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Then clinical treatment,model of animal and role of COX-2 in UC in modern medicine are summed up thoroughly.In the next part,we sum up the theory of my master teacher,and put up with the mechanism of Saposhnikovia divaricata in treating UC,and state about the theoretical contending and clinical use of Saposhnikovia divaricata.The study in experiment1 ObjectiveTo study the functional mechanism of Saposhnikovia divaricata to treat UC,and make out how Saposhnikovia divaricata works in treating UC.2 MethodsAfter performing the UC rats model,randomly divide them into groups,give medicine to the UC rats by pouring into stomach individually according to the equivalent of person to rats,observe the folloing items,such as general condition,pathological formation of mucous membrane of colon and so on,especially the content of COX-2 in serum.The experimental databases are analyzed by SPSS.3 ResultsIt is proved that the model of UC rats is performed sucessfuly by observing the model group rats'general condition and pathological formation of mucous membrane of colon.After 1 week's treatment,the tats'conditions of all the other groups are better than that of 0.9%NaCl treatment group,the conditional of Saposhnikovia divaricata group is the best,and super to the SASP group in the experiments.4 ConclusionIt is proved that treatment with Saposhnikovia divaricata can relieve the symptoms and pathological formation of mucous membrane of colon,and improve the level of COX-2.On the whole,treatment with Saposhnikovia divaricata showed beneficial effects on the mucosal damage of experimental UC in rats. |
