The study has in the quality and applying research of commonly used Chinese pharmacy of Herba Andrographis.In the respect of the quality research,the Chinese pharmacy of Herba Andrographis were determined by TLC and which adopted the methods of UV solutions to determine the content of the total ester , which adopted the methods of the high performance liqiud chromatography to determine the norm ingredients of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide.The accuracy,repeatability,stability and recovery of determining method all accord with the relevant regulation. Meanwhile we adopted the change of the wave to determine the norm ingredients of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide and the Chinese pharmacy of Herba Andrographis were determined by the HPLC fingerprints.In the applying research, we make the preparing technique more suitable.Meanwhile we adopted the extractive which came from extraction artwork Tabellae Menispermi to investigat forming shaping artwork and quality criteria of dispersible tablet of Herba Andrographis which can provid consistence experimentation foundation for the clinical application and market exploitation.Through the research of this stutdy, we can control the quality of Herba Andrographis and provid the consistence foundation for the exploitation of Herba Andrographis.
