The study has in the quality and applying research of commonly used Chinese pharmacy Herbal Asiatic Moonseed Rhizome.In the respect of the quality research, which adopted the methods of titration acid base to determine the content of the total alkaloid , which adopted the methods of the high performance liqiud chromatography to determine the norm ingredients of menispermine, daurisoline, sinomenine, tetrandrine.In the applying research , we also proceeded the method of orthogonal experiment design to determine the extraction method of the total alkaloid and the optimization extraction artwork.
