Objective: By statistic prescription of internal use on vitiligo , we summary and conclude the common regularity and general drugs to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: statistics analysising prescriptions of internal use on vitiligo from《the large dictionary of prescription in TCM》and documents published on corejournals of TCM during 1995—2007, induce thinking and rule of composition ofinternal use. Then we make use of them to modify prescription on vitiligo and observetheir efficacy and rationality of treatment.Result: more than 15 category of frequency of use are reinforcing drugs, blood-activating Herbs , drugs for relieving exterior syndrome, heat-clearing drugs , and anticonvulsives respectively. The 10 herbs at the top part of frequency table are Cijili, Heshouwu, Buguzhi, Fangfeng , Huangqi, Chuanxiong, Honghua , Danshen , Gancao, Baizhi. All of used drugs have no cold-heat biased, the property and flavor of these herbs are predominantly pungent, bitter,sweet. The herbs which pass through liver channel are the majority. The group and pair of drugs at the top part are mostly the above drugs through permutation and combination . We got that scientific prescription is effective in clincal treatment and has no side effect obviously.Conclusion: most medical scientist treated vitiligo based syndrome differentiation and treatment which is the basic character of TCM . We combined the pharmacologic research of core-drugs , and obtain the better efficacy in clinic and provide reference for clinic.
