Objective:To invest the condition of Qi and blood deficiency of rats after parturition, with this case,to demonstrate the effect of this condition to the organism on physiological functions, immunization and so on.And to authenticate the theory of TCM that "more deficiency and stasis after postpartum",direct convalescence and health maitenance on puerperium, and provide ideal model for clinical research puerperal disease and researching Chinese medicinal new materials. Methods:Postpartum rats were made of"more deficiency and stasis after postpartum" model through swimming and bloodletting, and compared with Nonfertile group(normal group )and normal parturition control group(puerperal group). To detect blood routine and hemorheological index, the change of each group on appearance exosyndrome, liver and thymus organ coefficient. Results:1.On the first day of rats after parturition, the concentration of RBC,HGB and HCT was decreased compared to normal group(P<0.01); on the 15th day,the concentration of RBC,HGB and HCT of model group decreased continue, and had significant deviation to the normal group and puerperal group.Puerperal group had reintegrated to normal level.2.The coefficient of liver organ of model rats heightened obviously, but the thoracic gland coefficient decreased obviously(P<0.05).3.After parturition, rats had appearance of Qi deficiency blood deficiency and blood stagnation, along with experiment, the symptom of model group was manifested gradually, but this of puerperal group was extinct gradually. Conclusion:To make model with this method can analogue human's "more deficiency and stasis after postpartum" pathology and physiology status, can provide ideal mode for investigating puerperal period disease on extent.
