Purpose:using principal of Warming the middle warmer to activate spleen-energy,and observing the clinical curative effect of Modified Lizhong Tang to treat infantal rotavirus diarrhea.Method:bring 65 cases of diarrheal children who meet a criterion into Modified Lizhong Tang therapy group and Dioctahedral,Smectite control group.There are 35 cases in therapy group,30 cases in control group. After 3 days of taking medicine,observed the effective power of the two groups systematically,and observed the difference of the main clinical symptoms including frequency and character of stool etc.in two groups. Meanwhile,observed whether it had improving information of clinical simultaneous phenomenon including fever,vomit,appetite etc.Result:the group of Modified Lizhong Tang has the better curative effect in treating infantal duovirus diarrhea,the effective power achieved at 94.29%,In checking diarrhea,stopping vomit,reviving appetite etc.,it surpasses control group.It has significant deviation through statistic treatment,and it has no other adverse effect.Conclusion:the principal of Warming the middle warmer to activate spleen-energy is the effective rule to treat infantal rotavirus diarrhea. The decoration of Lizhong Tang is the effective formula to treat infantal rotavirus diarrhea.
