Experimental Study Of Asthma Oral Liquid Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective:Xiao ning liquid extract is based on long-term used and has good effect on Asthma,which is an experienced compound prescription.It has outstanding curative effect in clinical application.This study used Traditional Chinese Medicine theory as the guide,adopted modern medicine methods to observe the curative effect and mechanism of action of Xiao ning liquid extract on bronchial asthma.It provided evidence for clinical medication and exploring new drug.Method:6 to 8-week-aged BALR/c mice were allergized and stimulated by OVA to make manufacture of allergic asthma mouse model.The animal were divided into five groups by the body weight randomly,including the normal group,the model group, the breathe in hormone(Puimicort) group,the Xiao ning high-dose and the low-dose group.The 21st to 25th day the normal group was stimulated by breathing in NS,the other groups were stimulated by breathing in OVA.Before 30 minutes of the stimulation,used NS,Xiao ning high-dose and low-dose to lavage,breathing in atomized Pulmicort apartly.Five days later,adopted Flow Cytometry to detect the changing situation of CD4⁺ CD25⁺ regulatory T cells' level in peripheral blood and lung histiocyte suspention,observe bellows pathological changes.Using ELISA method to detect the variation of TGF-β₁ Optical Density in peripheral blood.Result:Animal model group's CD4⁺ CD25⁺ regulatory T cells' level expression and TGF-β₁ Optical Density degrade predominantly,the CD4⁺ CD25⁺ regulatory T cells' level expression and TGF-β₁ Optical Density of Xiao ning treatment groups upgrade significantly,everymedication group has difference compared with model group,it has statistical significance(P＜0.05).Especially the Xiao ning high-dose group and Pulmicort group are obviously,but there is no statistical significance between them(P＞1).Conclusion:Xiao ning liquid extract may has the function to adjust the disequilibrium of cell immunity which caused by allergic asthma.One of its mechanism of action is through reinforcing immunological regulation effect of CD4⁺ CD25⁺ regulatory T cells,promoting them to secrete TGF-β₁ etc.cytokines,thus it can prevent and treat asthma preferably.
