The Inner The Sphincter Side Of Clinical Observation, Cut Off The Joint Histopathological Resection Of Three Fissure

Objective:To observe and appraise the curative effect of internal anal side-sphincterotomy combined with pathologic tissue clear operation in treating third-grade anal fissure.Methods:Choose 20 patients with third-grade anal fissure randomly. Adopt internal anal side-sphincterotomy combined with pathologic tissue clear operation.Observe all of these cases' complications after the surgery, such as pain,difficulties of urinating,bleeding,functions of anus, infections of side-cuts,time needed for side-cuts recovering,time needed for fissures recovering and the safety of this sugery.Analysis the results, appraise the curative effect.Results:20 patients have been cured,no patient gets inefficacy,the total efficacy rate is 100%.After the surgery,5 patients,25%of the total patients,get middle-grade pain,which can be alleviated by taking anodynes.No patient gets high-grade pain.6 patients have problems in urinating,2 of them need drugs to urinate,no patient needs catheters.No patient has serious bleeding which needs surgery to deal with.No patient has anus disfunction after the surgery.No side-cut has infection,side-cuts recover in 3～5 days,4.1 days in average.One month after the surgery recover all the fissures,7 days to 21 days are needed,the average is 10.9 days.During the whole phase of curing and observing,no case gets severe complications. Conclusion:This surgery has positive efficacy,less complications and great safety in treating third-grade anal fissure.
