With the sentiment will factor, the immoral factor, the life and the physique factor related then cause the kidney, the liver, the spleen function is abnormal, qi and blood ,chongren no matter what is out of balance. According to the knowledge and clinic practice of present gynecology of TCM and western medicine, many people take considerable empirical studies and clinical researches about RSA.Its therapeutic methods include syndrome or disease differentiation and treatment,special recipe of TCM,combined treatment of TCM and western medicine, acupuncture therapy. The western medicine emphatically is the result of to discussion immunology factor the RSA immunity treatment. The author summarizes the advancement of researches of TCM and western medicine about RSA in last 10 years through referring a lot of literatures. And there is introduction of my professor' cognition about the cause of disease and pathogenesis about RSA and clinical experience in the treatment of RSA, through the analysis of the literatures the author points out some problems during research and development in the future at the last part of this report.
