Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Tcm Syndrome Type Micro And Dynamic Observation

Different types of systemic lupus erythematosus patients have been undertaken part in the micro-index test and received a dynamic observation in this study,aiming to provide objective diagnostic index for the macro-identification.It could make the macro-identification to the level of more accurate,more scientific and more objective,and meanwhile,it may be a new path for the development of identification in Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this study,SLE patients were divided into four groups according to TCM syndrome patterns,Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type,Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type,Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type and Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type.In the lab,we tested IL-2,IL-6 and the subsets of T-lymphocytes,and the results tested were compared and analized.Comparison among the four types:1.IL-2 test level shows that the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type＞the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type＞the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Yype＞the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type.when the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type and the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type compare with the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type,data are of statistical significance(P＜0.05).2,IL-6 test level shows that the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type＞the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type＞the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type＞the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type,when the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type compares with other three types,data are of statistical significance(P＜0.05).3,the categorical test level of T-lymphocyte:when the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type compares with the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type and the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type, the CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD8~+T cells all have statistical significance(P＜0.05).4,ds-DNA test the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type＞the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type＞the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type＞the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type,when the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type and the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type compare with the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type,data are of statistical significance(P＜0.05 and P＜0.01)Analysis the results above:1,The low level of TL-CFU could be used as a referencial index for the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type.2,The high level of IL-6 could be used as a referencial index for the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type.3,The low level of IL-2 could be used as a referencial index for the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type and the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type.4,The positive of ds-DNA could be used as a referential index for the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type and the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type. After observation on the patients more than 6 months',there were 6 patients that ANAs changed from positive to negative and their symptoms were revived to normal.They were treated effectively by the Chinese traditional medicine with the function of Qing-Re-Jie-Du and Huo-Xie-Hua-Yu,the immune system of human body was under the adjustment,and the imbalance of Th1/Th2 be corrected and the auto-antibodies reduced gradually.
