Different types of systemic lupus erythematosus patients have undertaken themicro-index test and received a dynamic observation in this study, aiming to provide objectivediagnostic index for the macro-identification. It could promote the macro-identification to thelevel of more accurate, more scientific and more objective, and meanwhile, it could break anew path for the development of identification in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this study, SLE patients were divided into four groups according to TCM syndromepatterns, Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type, Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type, Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type andPi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type. Furthermore. these four types were subdivided into two groups: XuType (Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type, Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type) and Shi Type (Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type,Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type), with normal comparative parameters. In the lab, we tested thecategorization of T-lymphocyte, IL-2 and IL-10 After the comparison and analysis of the data,we came to a conclusion of relativity.Comparison among the four types: 1 the categorical test level of T-lymphocyte: whenthe Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type compares with the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type, the CD3+T.CD4+T, CD8+T hasstatistical significance(p<0.05); when the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type compares with thePi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type, CD8+T has statistical significance(p<0.05); when the Yin-Xu-Nei-ReType compares with the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type, CD3+T has statistical significance (p<0.01);when the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type compares with the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type, data shows nostatistical significance (p>0.05); when the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type compares with thePi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type CD3+T,CD4T (p<0.01), CD8-T has statistical significance: when theFeng-Shi-Re-Bi Type compares with the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type. CD3-T, CD4-T, CD8-T hasstatistical significance (p<0.05). 2 IL-2 test level shows that when patients of theYin-Xu-Nei-Re Type are compared with the normal people, and those of the Feng-Shi-Re-BiType and Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type. data are of statistical significance (P<0.01); when withthose of the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type. they are also of statistical significance (P<0.05). 3 IL-10 testlevel shows that patients of all the four SLE types are statistically significant from thosenormal people (P<0.01): when the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type compares with the Yu-Re-Bi-ZuType and the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type data are of statistical significance (P<0.01): when the Pi-Shen-Yang-Xu Type compares with the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type, data are of statisticalsignificance (P<0.01); when with the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type, data are of statisticalsignificance (P<0.05). As a result, the data could show that between the two groups of Xuand Shi, CD3+T,CD4+T, CD8+T are of statistical significance (p<0.01). while CD4+T/CD8+Tare of no statistical significance (p>0.05): IL-2 shows no statistical significance, either, while IL-10 has statistical significance (p<0.01).As a result, IL-2 serum level could be used as a quantitive objective index forYin-Xu-Nei-Re Type. The serum level of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD8+T and IL-10 could be used as aquatitive objective index for the identification of Yin-Xu or Shi-Xu. The serum level ofCD3+ and IL-2 could be employed as the objective index for the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re type and thePi-Shen-Yang-Xu type. The serum level of CD8+T could be used as the objective index for theidentification of the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type and the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type. After more than 6 months' observation on 24 patients, we've got a report on which 11patients have switches from one type to another. Although we could not identify to which typeone type switch to only according to the length of those cases, we could obviously figure outthat the Feng-Shi-Re-Bi Type is easily switched to the Yin-Xu-Nei-Re Type, and thePi-Shen-Yan-Xu Type to the Yu-Re-Bi-Zu Type.
