Urodynamics is a branch of Urology, which detects pressure in urinary tract, flow rate and electrophysiological activity. Urodynamics bases on hydrodynamics and Electrophysiology , to understand the mechanisms of the lower urinary , and the pathophysiology changes in voiding dysfunction. Urodynamics expert system takes advantage of artificial intelligence, bio-medical engineering skills to the urodynamics. In order to rescue clinicians from numerous test items, to focus on the study in diseases,the system obeys the diagnostic criteria made by the International Association of urinary control (ICS). The standardization of terminology and methodology should facilitate comparison of results by investigators using different urodynamic methods.Children urodynamics detecting has long history. As children's physical condition is different from adults', adults'dynamic testing system can not use to pediatric testing , but till now there are rarely Children's products. In order to improve the detection accuracy, it is necessary to develop child-specific urine test dynamic products.The children's urodynamic expert system includes knowledge database, reasoning machine, man-machine interface, elements in the knowledge base, logic rules, condition rules, data flow. In order to keep accordance with the standard of International Children's urinary control Association (ICCS), we developed a standard urodynamics test flow to describe the Urodynamics Testing experts system for children in details.In a word, the research and development of children urodynamic expert system will improve the ability of diagnosing lower urinary tract symptoms and help a lot to spread and apply urodynamic testing .
