There are many theories about it up to now, such as lnfiltration of lipin, accumulation of blood platelet, the copy of smooth muscle cell, the response of atherosclerosis injury. Chinese medicine ascribes this disease to chest blockage, Zhenxintong, Cuxintong and consider location of ACS is in heart,some cases are related with liver, spleen,kidney ,or phlegm, stagnancy of blood, stagnancy of Qi, cold and so on。ACS a kind of diseases that is harmful to people health and lots of persons die in it. ACS is a kind of very dangerous disease, but the patients of ACS maybe get good results if they get a accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment. It a important focus that pathogenesis and treatment methods of ACS in the field of coronary disease in recently years, and it is also a focus in Chinese medicine.By searching the articles of ACS in recent years, I find both Western and Chinese medicine are more fully illustrate the cause, symptoms, pathogenesis, treatment of ACS and cause,symptoms, pathogenesis ,objectively of differentiation ,treatment of Chinese medicine. And it reveals researching status and deficiency, so that can offer some thoughts for further research.
