Chronic Nephritis Serum Fn, Col ¢ô And The Level Of Correlation Between Tcm Syndrome Type Of Research

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of serum fibronectin(FN),ⅣCollagen(ColⅣ)and syndrome differentiation of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:Sera of 180 chronic glomerulonephritis patients and 60 healthy controls were collected.The expression level of serum fibronectin(FN) andⅣCollagen were measured by two-layer antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-adsorbent assay(ELISA).BUN and Scr were measured.Results:1.Correlation a.nalysis of serum FN or ColⅣand renal function: Correlation of serum FN and BUN or Scr was negative correlation respectively in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Correlation of serum ColⅣand BUN or Scr was positive correlation in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).2.Distribution of syndrome differentiation of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis:In 90 chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure,the cases of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was 48,and the cases of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang was 28,the cases of deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin was 14.In 90 chronic glomerulonephritis patients with renal failure,the cases of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was 25,and the cases of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang was 46,the cases of deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin was 19.In 180 chronic glomerulonephritis patients,the cases of syndrome of blood-stasis was 84,and the cases of syndrome of moist-heat was 39,and the cases of syndrome of damp was 57.3.Correlation of level of serum fibronectin(FN),ⅣCollagen and syndrome differentiation of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN):In chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure of the deficiency syndrome of TCM,serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was the hightest.Compaired with normal control group,the serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi decreased obviously(P＜0.05).Compaired with those of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi,serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang,deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin were lower(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang, deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin hadnot significant difference(P＞0.05).Compaired with normal control group,the serum ColⅣlevel of deficiency syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure increased obviously(P＜0.05,P＜0.05,P＜0.05).In chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure of the deficiency syndrome of TCM,serum ColⅣlevel of every group hadnot significant difference(P＞0.05).In chronic glomerulonephritis patients with renal failure of the deficiency syndrome of TCM,serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was the hightest.Compaired with normal control group,the serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi decreased obviously(P＜0.05).Compaired with those of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi,serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang,deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin were lower(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).serum FN level of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang, deficiency syndrome of liver-yin and kidney-yin hadnot significant difference(P＞0.05).Compaired with normal control group,the serum ColⅣlevel of deficiency syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure increased obviously(P＜0.05,P＜0.05,P＜0.05).In chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure of the deficiency syndrome of TCM,serum ColⅣlevel of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang increased obviously compaired with those of the other deficiency syndromes(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).In chronic glomerulonephritis patients with renal failure of the deficiency syndrome of TCM,serum ColⅣlevel of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi,liver-yin and kidney-yin hadnot significant difference(P＞0.05). Compaired with normal control group,the serum FN level of exess syndrome of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis patients decreased obviously(P＜0.05,P＜0.05,P＜0.05).Compaired with the other exess syndrome of TCM,the serum FN level of syndrome of moist-heat was lower(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).Compaired with syndrome of damp,the serum FN level of syndrome of blood-stasis was highter(P＜0.05).Compaired with normal control group,the serum ColⅣlevel of exess syndrome of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis patients increased obviously(P＜0.05,P＜0.05,P＜0.05,P＜0.05).Compaired with the other exess syndrome of TCM,the serum ColⅣlevel of syndrome of blood-stasis was highter(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).The serum ColⅣlevel of syndrome of moist-heat and damp hadnot significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.In the deficiency syndrome of TCM,the frequency of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was the highest in chronic glomerulonephritis patients without renal failure,while the frequency of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang was the highest in chronic glomerulonephritis patients with renal failure.In the exess syndrome of TCM,the frequency of syndrome of blood-stasis was the highest in chronic glomerulonephritis patients.2.In chronic glomerulonephritis patients with the deficiency syndrome of TCM,the decreasement of serum fibronectin(FN)of deficiency syndrome of lung-qi and kidney-qi was the lowest,while the increasement of serumⅣCollagen(ColⅣ)of deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang and kidney-yang with renal failure was the highest.In chronic glomerulonephritis patients with the exess syndrome of TCM,the decreasement of serum fibronectin(FN)of syndrome of moist-heat was the lowest,while the increasement of serumⅣCollagen(ColⅣ)of syndrome of blood-stasis was the highest.3.It is inferred that it may be some correlation relationship between the level of serum FN or ColⅣand syndrome differentiation of TCM in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).
